After you buy

If you have a technical problem, contact us first: most issues are fixed in minutes. If we cannot make the service work on your setup within 48 hours of your order, write to us and we will review a refund request.

No refunds for

• Plans already used for a large part of their period
• Problems caused by your internet connection or an unsupported device after a successful trial
• Accounts suspended for sharing or reselling a login
